Maintenance & Servicing

Regular maintenance is crucial to ensure your garage door and opener function at their best. An annual service is recommended starting from the date of purchase. For detailed warranty conditions, please consult the last page of the owner’s manual.

The myQ App will run on Apple iOS devices (e.g. iPhone) using iOS 14.0* or higher, Apple Watch requires watchOS 7 or higher. Android devices requires Android 7.0 Nougat or higher. Windows and Blackberry devices are not compatible. As updated versions of the myQ App becomes available, older iOS' may no longer be compatible.

Fully Installed Suggested Retail Price based on a powerpoint being within close proximity, metro install, door moves freely and is in good condition.
