Since 2021, Merlin has had the privilege of being the Naming Rights Sponsor for the renowned Supercars event, the Darwin Triple Crown.
This year, Merlin is proud to announce that we have taken our partnership with Supercars to the next level – and will be the Official Garage Door Partner and Home Access Partner of the Repco Supercars Championship!
Merlin will have a major presence at Supercars events throughout coming years, offering fans the opportunity to experience the thrill of motorsports up close and personal, and provide patrons the chance to learn more about Merlin’s smart home access.
Our new, exciting partnership will also provide Supercars fans with incredible, money-can’t buy experiences – such as Hot Laps and Grid Walks at Supercars events.

The ultimate Supercars super-prize
Merlin is no stranger to providing once-in-a-lifetime prizes in partnership with Supercars.
In 2022, Merlin provided the ultimate Darwin Triple Crown experience to one extra-special superfan. Tania and her friends were treated to three nights’ accommodation, a Hot Lap in a Supercar, and the Merlin ‘Best Seats in the House’ experience – a decked out, private marquee, right in front of the main straight.

Supercars safety starts at home
The partnership between Merlin and Supercars is backed by the support of Merlin’s brand ambassador, legendary Supercars driver and four-time Bathurst 1000 winner, Greg Murphy.
“As a race car driver, safety and risk-management has always been important to me – on and off the track. There are safety risks in everything we do – whether it’s going 300km/h around the racetrack, kicking a footy around at home, or even entering and exiting your home via the garage,” says Greg.
“In many ways, driver safety starts at home in the garage. What I love about Merlin is that it considers the risks and potential hazards that your garage might pose and develops the technology for its garage door openers and gate openers accordingly.
